I really didn't taste peaches in the Peace Ice cream. Not that impressed, I have had store bought that had way more peach flavor and real bits of peaches. Homemade stuff looked good. A bottle of wine was $21. And some change. Price's to me were a little far fetched.
This place was a a diamond in the rough. They have a little bit of everything. It kind of reminds me of a general store, except food only. They have a massive variety of single serving glass bottle sodas (mostly cane sugar based). Their canned salsas and dips are fabulous.
Very clean, nice decor, lots of goodies to choose from. The two girls at the counter were very nice. The fudge is wonderful and the ice cream is good. We will stop again when passing through. It's located across the street from Loves so it's a welcome treat to truckers.
Do you like soda? If you can't find something you like here you don't. Great peach based foods and drinks. Try the peach bread or a peach ice cream float. Plus the soda collection, they have everything you could possibly want. Good gas prices too.
This place is adorable and clean. Just about halfway between Houston and Dallas with affordable gas and homemade baked goods. They have seasonal produce and a hundred types of canned foods and nice, clean bathrooms.
