Unbelievable sub-par medical care and the worst diagnosis from a medical facility. I would highly recommend everyone should avoid this facility.

I will be submitting a complaint to the state medical board about this facility. Thank God I did not listen to their diagnosis and actually try to put weight on my leg. I could have done far more damage to my leg.

Do Not take your loved ones to this hospital!!

Go anywhere but here if you can manage it. My mother went here due to abdominal pain, and they diagnosed her with PID, (Pelvic Inflammatory Disease) gave her some antibiotics, and sent her on her way. Three months later, the pain did not go away, and it turns out the PID was actually one of her ovaries rotting inside of her.

The staff were also incredibly rude to her, and she stated that if she were dying, she would not go here because of how mean they were.

We had to stop it because it was on the road to Dallas, but not worth it. I should've waited another hour to Waxahachie. Extremely long wait, slow doctors.

i would highly avoid this facility and go a county over for medical treatment. $700 bill for a ten minute visit.

I saw an orthopedic surgeon two days later and my leg was very badly broken right below the knee.

I was taken by ambulance on 7/11/15 due to a fall out of a boat onto a dock. I was fairly certain my leg was broken. I was still in my wet swimsuit when I arrived to the ER. I sat for 5 hours in that wet swimsuit, no offer to provide a hospital gown to be dry and warm. No offer to change the linens since they were wet. Did not have a nurse call button for 2 1/2 hours. I was alone at the hospital for the entire time.

They took x-rays of my leg and said it was just a knee sprain and to follow up with an orthopedist for therapy. When they finally discharged me, they didn't even have crutches for me to get home. I was discharged at 9:30 pm and the closest 24 hour pharmacy was 35 miles away in Palestine to purchase crutches and to get pain med prescription filled.

I went to their ER because earlier the same day I had injured my back and Dr. Cox was the doctor that night and he was the WORST person I had EVER seen! I am a retired nurse of 20 years and I am a chronic pain patient being diagnosed with degenerative disc disease in 1998, I live with a certain amount of pain every day so I KNEW I had injured my back at home and needed to be seen when it kept getting worse. This doctor, all of the nurses on duty AND the "so-called" House Supervisor all treated me like I was some junkie off the streets! I did not receive a proper exam, I got a mild pain pill that I knew would not help me because I know my body and what it takes to help me, no one assessed the effectiveness of that pill and I was very sarcastically offered a catscan, I refused anymore care from these people, they knew I did not have insurance and the quality of care reflected that. All of my years of nursing i NEVER judged a pain patient, I was there to care for them only, the staff here are the most UNPROFESSIONAL I have ever seen and I have told EVERYBODY that I know to avoid this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
